Welcome! This is me.

As a student attending one of the most prestigious community colleges in the country, I am right about most things and I also write about most things. I'm plowing through classes as my college so I can transfer to a four year university next fall (2015) and obtain a fancy piece of paper that tells people I'm actually smart. My name is Meghan, I love cats and good quality toilet paper, and my favorite color is yellow. I identify personally with octagonal prisms, and I live by Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series.

This is the part of my introductory post where I tell you what I am doing with my life and how jealous you should be of me. I am majoring in creative writing as well as English, and maybe I'll be a teacher, but I'd rather be a writer (that's code for a person who authors stuff). I have endured 19 years of life on earth, I dyed my hair pink last week, and once I watched eight years worth of television in less than two weeks. I have two sisters, a brother, a cat, and three and a half friends. Sometimes I drink strawberry soda. I don't wear white socks. 

I have created this blog because I grew tired of my other blog. My other blog was mostly ramblings. I don't expect this one to be much different, but here's to trying. I think I might write about writing here. And school, the World Cup, books, movies, and shows I love, and anything that is important to me. (Think along the lines of current events and issues in society).
